Car Sales Executive – New & Used Vehicles

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover.
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone and face‑to‑face.
• Guide customers through the full sales process using a consultative approach.
• Sell both new and used vehicles and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in car sales or a similar retail/customer‑service role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Proactive, self‑motivated attitude with a drive to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of new and used vehicles.
