Car Sales Executive (Tunbridge Wells)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Car Sales Executive to join our busy dealership in Tunbridge Wells. You will work with a strong flow of customer enquiries, benefit from excellent earning potential and help drive the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance solutions.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up leads and maximise every sales opportunity.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience (automotive experience desirable but not essential).
• Confident, motivated and target‑driven.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £18,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) of £56,000+ with uncapped commission.
• Company car.
• No Sunday working and one weekday off each week.
• Working hours: Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑6:00 pm, Sat 8:30 am‑5:30 pm.
