About the role

Glenholme Senior Living Wendreth Court is seeking compassionate individuals to join its bank team as Care Assistants. This flexible, as‑and‑when‑required position allows you to support residents while fitting work around your personal schedule.

Key responsibilities

Provide person‑centred care to residents, including those living with dementia.
Assist with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, meals, and medication administration.
Engage residents in activities that enhance quality of life.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Monitor and report any changes in residents' wellbeing.
Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

A caring, empathetic, and friendly attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Flexibility to work varied shifts based on service needs.
