About the role
Join Avery Healthcare at Camberley Woods Care Home in Surrey as a Bank Care Assistant. You will provide high‑quality personal care to residents, helping them maintain dignity and independence while supporting a compassionate, close‑knit team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing and mobility.
- Identify and report clinical risk areas promptly.
- Deliver care in line with individual care plans and regulatory standards.
- Promote a respectful and caring environment for residents and visitors.
- Work flexibly across shifts to ensure continuity of care.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, warm and dedicated attitude towards elderly care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills and respect for residents' privacy.
- Willingness to adapt to varying shift patterns.
Required skills
- Basic caregiving techniques, including personal hygiene support.
- Awareness of infection control and health‑safety practices.
- Capability to recognise and act on clinical concerns.
