About the role

Join our friendly team at Barony Lodge in Nantwich as a Care Assistant. You will help enrich the lives of residents by providing personalised, compassionate care in line with their individual care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care and support according to each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing and meals.
• Encourage participation in leisure and social activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families and colleagues.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
• Clear communication skills and ability to adapt to different situations.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and genuinely caring about older people.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
