Care Assistant – Chelsea & Earls Court

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Chelsea and Earls Court. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing and bathing.
• Support shopping, meal preparation and nutrition.
• Prompt medication and help with daily routines.
• Provide respite services and encourage social and leisure activities.
• Facilitate community access and outings.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, well‑organised and reliable.
• Caring, sensitive and flexible.
• Committed to high standards of care and good communication.
• Lives within or near the Chelsea borough.
