Care Assistant – Competitive Pay, Flexible Hours

About the role

Join All Care Services as a Care Assistant and provide person‑centred support to older adults across the Freshwater area of the Isle of Wight. You will help clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with basic cooking.
• Perform light household tasks such as cleaning and tidying.
• Shop for food and essential supplies.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Required profile

• Right to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship available).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance for block‑paid roles (non‑drivers welcome for hourly positions).
• Availability for AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends on a two‑week rota.
• Good English communication skills.

• Hourly rate £13.43‑£14.00, with higher pay for unsociable hours and double‑time on public holidays.
