Care Assistant – Competitive Pay & Flexible Hours

About the role

Join our dedicated care team on the Isle of Wight and provide person‑centred support to older adults in their own homes. You will help clients maintain independence, dignity and quality of life while enjoying flexible, community‑based work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Prepare meals and perform basic cooking
• Carry out light household tasks and food shopping
• Offer companionship and emotional support

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
• Good English communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with insurance for block‑paid roles (non‑drivers welcome for hourly positions)

• Competitive hourly rates: £13.43 weekdays, £13.93 weekends, £14.00 on public holidays
• Block‑paid roles with enhanced unsociable‑hour pay and double‑time on holidays
