About the role

Join HC-One at Redesdale Court to provide compassionate, person‑centred care to residents in a dementia, nursing and residential setting. Working on both day and night shifts, you will support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of each resident under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Key responsibilities

Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and assistance with meals.
Support daily activities, mobility and social engagement for residents.
Provide emotional comfort, including end‑of‑life care when needed.
Recognise and report any signs of abuse, neglect or harm in line with safeguarding policies.
Attend mandatory safeguarding and role‑specific training.

Required profile

Enthusiastic and committed to delivering care with dignity.
Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
Willingness to attend training and follow safeguarding procedures.
