Care Assistant – Days and Nights

About the role

Join our friendly team at Blackwood Care Home in Camborne as a Care Assistant working both days and nights. You will help enrich the lives of residents by providing personalised, compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care according to individual care plans.
• Support residents in daily activities and encourage participation in leisure and social programmes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues.
• Communicate clearly with the team and adapt to changing situations.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine care for older people.
• Ability to work as part of a team and create a happy home atmosphere.
• Willingness to learn and follow training provided.
