Care Assistant – Days (Full‑time, £13.31/hr)

About the role

Join Jasmine Healthcare at South Moor Lodge as a Day‑time Care Assistant. You will support 41 residents in a historic, homely setting, delivering high‑quality personal care and promoting independence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing and feeding.
• Assist residents with daily activities while respecting choice, dignity and respect.
• Promote physical and emotional wellbeing through compassionate interaction.
• Complete daily care charts to a high standard and meet audit targets.
• Maintain 100% compliance with mandatory training throughout the year.
• Work three 12‑hour shifts per week, including alternate weekends.

Required profile

• Clear motivation for care work or relevant experience.
• Residence within 30 minutes of the home.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
