About the role

Join Agincare as a Care Assistant – Driver Only, providing personal care to female clients in their own homes across Ferndown and the surrounding South West England area. This role combines compassionate home care with safe transportation, ensuring dignity, privacy, and a friendly presence for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support to female clients, respecting their dignity and privacy.
• Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Drive safely to client homes using your own vehicle, adhering to mileage reimbursement policies.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate any concerns to the care team.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• Female applicants only, as a Genuine Occupational Requirement.
• Passionate, empathetic, and motivated to help others.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months (no sponsorship).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Willingness to work alternating weekends.

Required skills

• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to drive safely and responsibly.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
