About the role

Join Agincare as a Home Care Assistant in New Milton, providing compassionate support and companionship to clients in their own homes. You will help people maintain dignity and joy through daily routines, personal care, and friendly conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients with daily routines, including personal care and household tasks.
• Assist with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea.
• Provide companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation.
• Help clients with medication management.

Required profile

• Kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
• Strong people skills and ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Supportive, professional, and team‑focused mindset.
• Minimum 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own car.
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends.
