Care Assistant – Drivers Only

About the role

Join Agincare as a Home Care Assistant and provide compassionate support to clients in their own homes. This role combines personal care with driving responsibilities, allowing you to make a real difference while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care such as bathing, dressing and toileting assistance.
• Support daily routines, including meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship, conversation and emotional support to promote client wellbeing.
• Travel to client homes safely using your own vehicle and record mileage (32p per mile).
• Maintain accurate client notes and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Work alternating weekends as required.

Required profile

• Passionate, empathetic and motivated to help others.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months (no sponsorship).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
