About the role
Join Avery Healthcare Group as a Care Assistant at Edenbridge Manor Care Home. You will provide compassionate personal care to residents, helping them maintain independence, dignity and a high quality of life.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing and toileting while respecting their privacy.
- Monitor and report clinical risk factors such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls and signs of infection.
- Promote a courteous and respectful environment for residents, families and visitors.
- Follow safe working practices and adhere to care home policies.
Required profile
- Demonstrates caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable values.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative, flexibility and ability to follow instructions from the care team.
- Willingness to adapt to short‑notice schedule changes.
