About the role
Join Agincare as a Care Assistant and provide compassionate, person‑centred support to female residents in a care home setting. This role is dedicated to preserving dignity and privacy while helping residents live comfortably and joyfully.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents.
- Administer and accurately record medication.
- Assist with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and feeding.
- Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
- Promote dignity, independence, and overall well‑being.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required profile
- Kind, compassionate and excellent with people.
- Female applicants only, as a Genuine Occupational Requirement.
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
