About the role

Join a leading home‑care provider as a Care Assistant delivering personal care to female clients in Ferndown. This full‑time position combines compassionate support with driving responsibilities, ensuring clients receive dignified assistance in the comfort of their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including hygiene and dressing, while respecting client privacy.
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, medication reminders, and light household tasks.
• Travel to client homes using your own vehicle and maintain accurate mileage records.
• Build trusting relationships through friendly conversation and attentive listening.
• Document care activities and report any concerns to the care team.

Required profile

• Female applicants only, as a Genuine Occupational Requirement.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months (no sponsorship).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car.
• Willingness to work alternating weekends.
• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to help others.
