About the role

Join Agincare as a Care Assistant providing personal care to female residents in Gillingham. This role focuses on preserving dignity and privacy while delivering compassionate support in a residential care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to female residents, ensuring dignity and privacy.
• Administer and accurately record medication as directed.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Support social and recreational activities to promote well‑being.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the care team.

Required profile

• Compassionate, kind and able to build trusting relationships.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Willingness to work alternate weekends and flexible shifts (day or night).
• Previous experience in a care setting.

Required skills

• Basic medication administration and record‑keeping.

• Hourly rate of £12.76.
• Funded training up to QCF Level 5.
