Care Assistant (Female Only) – Home Care

About the role

Join Agincare as a Care Assistant providing personal care to female clients in their homes in Poole. The role focuses on delivering dignity‑preserving support, companionship and assistance with daily routines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with daily living tasks including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Travel to client homes, record mileage and ensure client safety.
• Work flexible hours, including alternating weekends.

Required profile

• Passionate, motivated and compassionate nature.
• Good people skills and ability to show strong empathy.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work alternating weekends.
• No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.
