Care Assistant – Flexible Hours, £500 Bonus

About the role

Join a values‑driven, not‑for‑profit organisation delivering person‑centred care to older residents. As a Care Assistant you will support daily living activities, promote independence and build meaningful relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene and mobility.
• Support daily routines such as meals, medication reminders and exercise.
• Prepare environments and activities exactly to residents’ preferences.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate any changes in condition.

Required profile

• Compassionate, dedicated and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop care skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
