Care Assistant – Full‑time, Day or Night Shifts

About the role
HC‑One is looking for enthusiastic Care Assistants to join its Stalybridge home. You can work either day or night shifts on a 33‑hour, seven‑day rota that includes occasional weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
- Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene assistance and meal support.
- Assist residents with daily activities and promote dignity and individuality.
- Recognise and report safeguarding concerns, attending required training.
- Deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care when needed.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, committed and able to work full‑time on a rotating schedule.
- Willingness to work day or night shifts and occasional weekends.
- Ability to follow guidance from senior staff and attend safeguarding training.
