About the role
Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Cardiff as a full‑time Care Assistant. You will help residents live each day to the fullest by providing compassionate, person‑centred support in a warm, family‑like environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care such as dressing, bathing and toileting.
- Assist with meals, medication prompts and daily routines.
- Promote a welcoming, respectful atmosphere for residents, families and colleagues.
- Communicate clearly with residents, their families and the care team.
- Encourage independence and support residents in achieving their personal goals.
Required profile
- Genuine compassion and dedication to caring for older adults.
- Interest in building trusting relationships with residents and families.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not mandatory.
