Care Assistant – Home Care Support

About the role

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join Agincare as Care Assistants, providing personalised home care to clients in Southampton. No prior experience is required – we will train you to deliver high‑quality personal care and support in the comfort of the client’s home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily routines, personal hygiene and mobility.
• Provide companionship, share conversation and support emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and record observations accurately.
• Travel to client homes using your own vehicle and adhere to scheduled visits.
• Work flexible hours, including alternating weekends.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK (minimum 12 months remaining).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Friendly, empathetic and motivated to help others.
• Ability to work as part of a professional team.

Required skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
