Care Assistant

About the role

Join All Care (GB) Limited as a Care Assistant, providing compassionate, person‑centred support to clients in their own homes across Havant and surrounding areas. This full‑time position offers flexible shift patterns to help you balance work, family or study commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with outings, appointments and meal preparation.
• Support personal care, medication management, mobility and daily activities.
• Deliver care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Age 18 + and a full UK driving licence with access to a car (essential).
• Good written and spoken English.
• Availability to work every other weekend and flexible weekday shifts (7 am‑2 pm, 4 pm‑10 pm, 6 pm‑10 pm, optional 7 pm‑10 pm).
• No prior care experience required – full training provided.
