About the role
Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes as a Care Assistant and help residents enjoy a warm, supportive environment. You will provide personal care and assist with daily activities, ensuring each resident feels respected and valued.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personal care such as dressing, bathing, and meal assistance.
- Support residents in daily routines to promote independence.
- Create a welcoming and compassionate atmosphere.
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members.
Required profile
- Genuine compassion and dedication to resident wellbeing.
- Interest in building relationships with residents and families.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not mandatory.
