Care Assistant – Luxury Hotel‑Style Nursing & Dementia Home

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join a premium, luxury‑style care residence set in four acres of landscaped gardens in Riding Mill, Northumberland. The home provides nursing, residential and specialist dementia care in an environment that feels more like an elegant country‑house hotel than a traditional care facility.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality personal care and support to residents, respecting their dignity and independence.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility.
• Support residents with dementia, following individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to monitor health status and report changes.
• Participate in meaningful activities and social programmes to enhance residents’ wellbeing.
