About the role
Join the award‑winning team at Silvermere Care Home in Surrey as a Night Care Assistant. You will provide compassionate personal care to residents during night shifts, ensuring their dignity, safety and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of personal hygiene care while promoting independence.
- Identify and report clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls or signs of infection.
- Interact courteously with residents and visitors, respecting each individual's dignity.
- Follow safe working practices across all tasks.
Required profile
- Demonstrates caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable values.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative, respect for residents and colleagues, and ability to follow instructions.
- Adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
