Care Assistant - Nights

About the role
Join the award‑winning team at Bagshot Gardens Care Home as a Night Care Assistant. You will provide compassionate, high‑quality personal care to residents during the night shift, helping them maintain dignity and independence.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing and toileting while respecting their privacy.
- Monitor and recognise clinical risk indicators such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls risk and signs of infection, escalating concerns promptly.
- Interact courteously with residents and visitors, upholding each individual's dignity.
- Follow safe working practices and adhere to established care procedures.
Required profile
- Demonstrates caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable values.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative, respect for residents and colleagues, and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexible and adaptable to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Required skills
- None specified – training will be provided.
