Care Assistant – Part‑time (Wales)

About the role

Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes as a Care Assistant and help residents enjoy a safe, dignified and fulfilling daily life. This part‑time position is based in our Court Colman care home in Wales, where you will work alongside a supportive team to deliver high‑quality personal care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as dressing, bathing and assistance with meals.
• Support residents with daily activities to promote independence.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming environment that respects each resident’s dignity.
• Communicate clearly with residents, their families and fellow staff members.
• Document care activities accurately and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Genuine compassion and dedication to caring for older adults.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop through tailored training courses.

Required skills

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not mandatory).
