Care Assistant – Part‑time (Zero‑hour)

About the role
Join Agincare as a Care Assistant in Frome, providing essential support to residents in a home‑care setting. This part‑time, zero‑hour position offers flexible shift patterns to suit your availability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide companionship, communication and engagement with residents.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and oral hygiene.
- Prompt and support medication administration and topical treatments.
- Prepare and serve healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Carry out light domestic duties, including cleaning and tidying.
- Support mobility to promote independence.
- Organise and accompany residents on social outings and activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (08:00‑14:00, 14:00‑20:00, 20:00‑08:00) on a zero‑hour basis.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, person‑centred care.
Required skills
