Care Assistant – Person‑Centred Home Care

About the role

Join All Care Services as a Care Assistant delivering person‑centred home care to older adults across the Freshwater area of the Isle of Wight. You will help clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with basic cooking.
• Carry out light household tasks, including cleaning and tidying.
• Shop for groceries and other essential items.
• Offer companionship, emotional support and encourage social interaction.

Required profile

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance for block‑paid roles (non‑drivers may apply for hourly positions).
• Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends on a two‑week rota.
• Good English communication skills.
