About the role

Join Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Angmering as a Care Assistant and help residents enjoy a warm, dignified daily life. You will be part of a family‑run team that values compassion and personal connection.

Key responsibilities

Provide personal care such as dressing, bathing and meal assistance.
Support residents with daily activities and promote independence.
Maintain a welcoming, respectful environment for residents, families and colleagues.
Communicate clearly with residents, families and the care team.
Work shifts on a rota basis covering 8am–8pm, 8am–2pm and 2pm–8pm patterns.

Required profile

Genuine compassion and dedication to resident wellbeing.
Ability to work flexibly within the shift rota.
Willingness to develop skills through training and courses.

Required skills

Basic personal care techniques.
Effective communication with residents and team members.
