About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised care in line with each resident’s care plan.
- Support and participate in leisure and social activities.
- Show kindness, respect and empathy to residents, families and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Required profile
- Enjoy working as part of a team to create a happy home.
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to adapt to different situations.
- Enthusiasm, energy and a genuine caring attitude towards older people.
