Care Assistant – Residential Care

About the role

HC-One is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join the team at Launton Grange in Bicester. You will play a vital part in supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents, ensuring they receive dignified, compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Support residents in using mobility aids and encourage independence.
• Provide compassionate end‑of‑life care and emotional support.
• Promote residents’ dignity, individuality and social engagement.
• Identify and report any signs of abuse, neglect or harm in line with safeguarding policies.
• Attend mandatory safeguarding and role‑specific training.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, caring and committed to delivering high‑quality care.
• Ability to recognise and act on safeguarding concerns.
• Willingness to attend training and follow HC‑One’s care standards.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
