Care Assistant – Residential & Nursing Care (Margate)

About the role
We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our 68‑bed luxury care home in Margate. You will provide person‑centred support to residents, helping with daily living, personal care and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional support.
- Follow individual care plans and report any changes in condition.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high‑quality residential, nursing, dementia and respite care.
Required profile
- Caring and compassionate attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, positive and willing to learn.
- NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards it.

What we offer
- £13.03 per hour, contracted 34.5 hours per week.
- Pension, paid DBS, uniform provided.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (full‑time basis).
