Care Assistant – Support Clients in Putney, London

About the role
We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Putney. You will help clients live independently and safely in their own homes by providing personal and domestic support.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily living tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, continence support and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and overnight support when required.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of activities.
Required profile
- Living in the London Borough of Wandsworth or nearby.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Available for shifts of more than 20 hours per week, including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.
- Committed to the values of honesty, reliability, respect and continuous learning.
