Care Coordinator – Homecare Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Care Coordinator to join our homecare team in Eastbourne. Working under the Registered Manager, you will help ensure that our clients receive safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and monitor client and staff rotas to meet service demand.
• Carry out client assessments and develop care plans that comply with CQC requirements.
• Provide direct care in the community when needed.
• Participate in the on‑call rota, answering the dedicated phone line.
• Maintain accurate records and support the delivery of compliant care.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a care setting, ideally as a Domiciliary or Care Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards and CQC regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a people‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under the direction of the Registered Manager and collaborate with a team of carers.
