Care Improvement Partner

About the role
Sanctuary Care is seeking a dynamic Care Improvement Partner to lead quality improvement initiatives across its residential and nursing homes in England and Scotland. You will provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, care legislation, and inspection regimes to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide practical guidance on CQC, CI, legislative and organisational requirements.
- Drive continuous quality improvements, assessments and monitoring across the business.
- Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to share best practice and raise care standards.
- Represent the quality and clinical team at internal and external events.
- Support residential and nursing home staff in the effective use of systems, policies and procedures.
- Act as a role model for excellence in care delivery and training application.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of care standards and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Full, current driving licence.
- Proven leadership and management experience in the care sector.
- Extensive experience working in a residential care environment.
- Strong understanding of care legislation and regulatory compliance.

- Competitive salary of £45,736.60 per annum, rising to £48,157.20 after 12 months.
