Care Sales Executive

About the role

Join HC-One Ltd. as a Care Sales Executive and help families find the right care for their loved ones. This field‑based position involves travelling across a portfolio of care homes in North East England, building trusted relationships and guiding prospective residents through the admissions journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new enquiries and admissions across an assigned portfolio of care homes.
• Develop and nurture referral networks with healthcare professionals, community partners and local stakeholders.
• Conduct consultations, home tours and provide personalised advice to prospective residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems and share market insights with the sales team.
• Support local marketing initiatives and attend regular occupancy reviews to drive regional performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or customer acquisition with a track record of meeting targets.
• Confident relationship builder who enjoys working independently in the community.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to understand families' needs.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple enquiries while keeping detailed records.
