Care Sales Lead

About the role

Join HC-One as a Care Sales Lead and oversee a portfolio of care homes across the North East of England. This field‑based leadership position focuses on increasing occupancy and admissions by guiding a team of Care Sales Executives and collaborating with operational colleagues and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of Care Sales Executives to achieve occupancy targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to grow referrals and admissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Managers, healthcare professionals and referral partners.
• Monitor performance using occupancy data, pipeline reporting and market insight.
• Provide regular forecasts and updates to senior leadership.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales leader delivering commercial results.
• Comfortable working across a geographically dispersed region.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on support.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with colleagues, healthcare professionals and referral partners.
