Care Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Care Supervisor to join our award‑winning team at Wimbledon Common Care Home in London. You will lead a small team within the Care Services department, ensuring that our residents receive person‑centred care while upholding Avery’s high standards of safety, dignity and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents.
• Monitor and record residents’ daily progress, observations and interventions.
• Address concerns or complaints from residents or relatives promptly and courteously.
• Provide ongoing support to residents, their families and the Care Services team.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Recognised medication administration qualification with experience.
• Previous experience in a senior care role.
• Proven ability to organise, lead, inspire and influence a team.
