Care Supervisor - Nights

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor for the night shift at Beckenham Park Care Home. In this role you will lead a small team of care staff, ensuring that all residents receive safe, person‑centred care throughout the night. You will uphold Avery Healthcare’s standards and support the wellbeing and independence of each resident.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a night‑time care team, ensuring compliance with Avery processes and procedures.
• Promote high‑quality, person‑centred care for all residents.
• Monitor and record residents’ daily progress, observations and interventions.
• Address concerns or complaints from residents or relatives promptly and courteously.
• Provide ongoing support to residents, their families and the wider Care Services team.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in health and social care.
• Recognised medication administration qualification with practical experience.
• Previous experience in a senior care role, demonstrating ability to organise, lead and inspire a team.
• Commitment to the values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable.
