Care Supervisor – Nights

About the role

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Care Supervisor to lead the night shift team at Beckenham Park Care Home. You will ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care for residents while supporting and guiding a small team of care staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a night‑shift care team, ensuring compliance with Avery processes and procedures.
• Promote and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care, safeguarding residents' dignity, independence and safety.
• Monitor, record and report residents' daily progress, observations and interventions.
• Address concerns or complaints from residents or relatives promptly and courteously.
• Provide ongoing support to residents, their families and the Care Services team.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Recognised medication administration qualification with relevant experience.
• Previous experience in a senior care role.
• Proven ability to organise, lead, inspire and influence a team.
