Care Supervisor – Residential Care Home

About the role

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Supervisor to join our award‑winning team at Elton House Care Home in Watford. You will lead a small team within our Care Services department, ensuring that every resident receives compassionate, person‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents.
• Monitor and record residents’ daily progress, observations, and interventions.
• Address concerns or complaints from residents or relatives promptly and courteously.
• Provide ongoing support to residents, their families, and the Care Services team.
• Ensure Avery’s processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards.

Required profile

• Live the values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable.
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Recognised medication administration qualification with experience.
• Previous experience in a senior care role.
• Proven ability to organise, lead, inspire and influence a team.
