Care Support Worker – Full‑time, Alresford

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Care Support Workers to help individuals live independently in Alresford. The role involves providing personal care, encouraging wellbeing and supporting community engagement on a 24/7 rota.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote independence, choice and overall wellbeing.
• Facilitate access to community activities, appointments and hobbies.
• Build positive relationships with customers, families and professionals.
• Maintain safe, comfortable and welcoming home environments.
• Complete records and contribute to support planning.
• Work as part of a 24/7 team, covering evenings, weekends and overnight shifts.

Required profile

• Kind, compassionate and resilient attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and sleep‑in/overnight shifts.
• Full UK manual driving licence (essential).
• Care experience is welcome but not essential – training provided.
