About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Care Support Workers to join our team in Halstead, Essex. In this permanent, full‑time position you will help adults with disabilities live independent, fulfilling lives while working in a warm, homely environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Promote independence by supporting people to achieve personal goals.
• Accompany service users to appointments, community events and social activities.
• Encourage hobbies, friendships and participation in local opportunities.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming home environment.
• Work collaboratively with a friendly team to deliver person‑centred support.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
