About the role

Join Agincare at St Peter's Care Home as a Care Team Leader, where you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care for residents. This full‑time, day‑shift position offers the chance to shape a supportive environment and make a real difference in people’s lives.

Key responsibilities

Provide exemplary personal care and companionship to residents.
Encourage independence, wellbeing, and participation in activities and outings.
Oversee medication administration and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Support and guide the care team, stepping in for senior management when required.

Required profile

Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
At least 2 years experience in social care.
QCF Level 2 qualification or higher.
Availability for 36 hours per week (day shifts) and alternate weekends.

Required skills

£14.36 per hour.
