Care Team Leader – Nights

About the role

Join The Brendoncare Foundation as a Care Team Leader for night shifts, overseeing resident care at Otterbourne Hill or St Giles View. You will lead a dedicated night team, ensuring safe, person‑centred support throughout the night while contributing to a values‑driven charity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the night care team, maintaining high standards of care.
• Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion.
• Support care planning and resident assessments.
• Carry out clinical observations and refer appropriately to registered nurses.
• Administer medication under a delegation model.
• Supervise and coach team members through one‑to‑one sessions and development planning.

Required profile

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience supervising or leading staff in a residential or nursing home.
• Calm, confident, and passionate about person‑centred care.
• Comfortable with medication administration and digital care systems.
• Eager to build a career, including funded CHaPs training.
