Care Team Leader – Specialist Supported Living

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our specialist supported living service at Holdingham House in Sleaford. You will lead a team of support workers, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care.
• Develop and oversee personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and external partners.
• Provide hands‑on support, including personal care, medication administration and daily living tasks.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in health or social care, preferably within learning disability services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and guide others.
• Compassionate, person‑centred approach with a commitment to dignity and respect.
• Good understanding of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
