CargoWise Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a CargoWise Administrator to join our client’s team near Heathrow. This full‑time, office‑based position requires 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with the CargoWise platform in a freight forwarding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CargoWise system to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Provide first‑line support, resolve user queries and log support tickets through to completion.
• Assist with CargoWise upgrades, implementations, integrations and system enhancements.
• Deliver user training and ongoing guidance to maximise system efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and basic IT administration.
• Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting when required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience using CargoWise, preferably in a CargoWise Administrator or key‑user role.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good IT knowledge and confidence working with business systems.
• Experience supporting CargoWise projects, upgrades or implementations is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with help‑desk or ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to support users at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
